My App is working but flying out of SAN earlier they were checking people in manually. No real delay though.

I have some functionality in the app, but it’s limited. What a mess. Between this, google calendar and Target, I sort of wonder if it might be a Russian response to the NYT revelation that the US has infiltrated key Russian systems...

The website is giving me all kinds of trouble. I guess I'll be using the AMEX portal to book flights until this can get fixed. At first I was thinking this is the new normal with their recent "enhancement" to the website however this seems much worse.

I always print three copies of boarding passes: one for me to use, one for reimbursement purposes, and one for some employee to snatch from my hand, just in case I ever need to prove that I checked in or had some particular seat assignment.

I print 2 at home, 2 at the airport, and then I go up to the GA and ask them to print me one more...just for luck.

Five boarding passes? How often do you need more than one?

I just print one in case my phone dies (I'd hate to be That Guy... we've all witnessed That Guy at least once or thrice...)

I was hoping to do a SDC for an earlier flight tomorrow but the hold times are crazy.
Wondering if I should just go to the airport.

I usually print 4 boarding passes, one for each season. Then I send three copies of electronic boarding passes to three random email addresses generated from my contacts. Finally, I memorise my QR code so I can manually recite it to gate agents when I board. Gotta be sure.

When you're required to submit boarding passes for reimbursement, it helps to make sure to always have a spare copy.

Not to get too OT, but I've had GAs type what seemed like my sequence number on a couple occasions when my BP wasn't working.

Is the sequence number a valid way to identify yourself for boarding?
