delta.com and app are broken
I can't access my account via the website or the app, I just get error messages. A coworker just told me that the self-serve kiosks at the terminal in SEA are all down. Has anyone else seen this?

Confirmed
App, web site, and some key systems are down. At the airport and check in kiosks don't work and agents are having to go through additional check in steps. My boarding pass was deleted from device. Apparently agents are also having to do manual check ins at the gate.

You can log in, but not much else issue for more than an hour....and on IRROPS day.....

As of 2:45 PDT I'm still having issues as well. Firefox returned an error, IE loaded the main page and allowed me to log in, but cannot find my reservation.
I wonder how much money they lose in situations like this. |
Sitting in Indy right now, and all gates are “manually boarding” due to their systems being down for over an hour. They can print paper boarding passes, but app boarding passes are generally expiring before boarding (very little is on time today). |
Finally boarded in BUF 2.5 hours late. Agents are manually boarding each pax, doing the best they can. Should be a fun evening...

I'd leave REAL early for any DL flight tonight.
The system generates a "check-in" alert but doesn't let you access your trip. |

ATL now on a groundstop for Delta only. Automated weight and balance systems aren’t working either which is going to make things a lot worse. |
I was able to do OLCI from the website by going to my trips (list of all) and clicking from there. It wouldn't let me see my next trip from the homepage (after I logged in), and every page is loading extremely slowly today.
I also couldn't see the seat map, but I suspect that the cabin in full. The app won't even let me continue as "guest" and see flight status. ADDED: I see that at least one TATL departed about two hours late today, for no (other) apparent reason. |
