Are other people getting upgrade emails?
My last couple of upgraded flights I got no notification. I looked at delta.com to check the seating situation only to find out I'd already been upgraded, probably at the DM window or shortly after. Not complaining about that, just puzzled about the lack of email given that they can't wait to tell me I've been "upgraded" to C+ when I select a C+ seat at booking...

Yep, for both an F upgrade last week and also C+ at booking on a different flight.
