ORC problem
On Sunday I was on RDU-SEA-RDM, with RDU-SEA (1253) scheduled for 0740. As I was dropping off my bag I got notice from the app that the new departure time would be 10am. No biggie, I went to the SC, and around 9:20 I headed to the gate... the flight was pushed to 10, 12, 2, 3 and eventually cancelled. Around 1pm I went to one of the SC agents and had her protect me on UA flights. That came in really handy, as moments after my DL flight was cancelled I had another SC agent ticket me on the UA flights, which I flew later that afternoon.
Today I contacted the twitter team to request ORC, but was denied stating that the policy is to credit RDM/MQM only on DL flights. I mentioned two past experiences with similar events where I was given ORC and they told me it would've been courtesy exceptions.
I haven't called the medallion line as I wanted to get FT's input on this first.

I don't think agents are understanding what you're wanting. (Or you weren't clear) You want ORC for the DL flights you were supposed to fly. Not credit for the UA flights. Your wording makes it seem like they believe you want credit for the UA flights.
