I haven't noticed this. I average 28 segments a month across the three major airlines and while everything about American is getting worse I find Delta to be more and more pleasant each year I fly them. I'm giving serious thought to reversing loyalty next year and going for DM instead of PM and cutting back on AA despite Skyteam being so much weaker than Oneworld.
