Economy vs comfort+ long haul on A330

Yes including liquor (which is not the case on UA/AA AFAIK -- they are beer/wine only, liquor is $$)

Different aircraft, similar situation.

Flying ATL-UIO and v/v on a 757. Currently in exit row on both legs.

The pros/cons of taking a C+ upgrade would be:
pros:More recline and better chance of getting my first meal choice
Con: less legroom (unless of course I could snag a C+ exit, which would make this moot)

It's not a terribly long flight, so I'm leaning toward keeping the exit row. Are these the only differences? Am I missing something?
