Anyone else get a survey from Delta for 250 miles (plus bonus)
Got a survey from Delta about SkyMiles asking me my opinion on the program and giving me 250 miles to complete. Nothing too exciting, although they said that they are considering a referral bonus if you refer someone to Delta for a status challenge and they complete it.
I then got directed to a survey about GUCs for another 1,000 points. Summary of what I wrote: When I have a GUC and it never clears, I feel worse about Delta than if I never had the GUC at all.
Yes, I know it's based on revenue management and that they are going to maximize their profits. That's fine. In fact, it's their fiduciary obligation. But if they're going to ask, I'll make sure to let them know how I feel.
