Keep in mind though...when DL rebooks award tickets on other airline partners (non-DL flight number) due to schedule change, original award fare class must be available on new flight. If they are rebooking to Delta marketed flight number, specific award inventory doesn’t apply, there just has to be any available seat in your class of service (including J or Y inventory).
guess I will have to think about becoming Twitter-savvy

the PM line agent said that even though it was DL codeshare on KL metal, IAD isn't a "listed alternate" for RIC (CHO, ORF, RDU, and BWI are; go figure) ... so I settled for BWI, in hopes that maybe another change will happen in the next couple months

the good news, though, is that she was able to move us to AMS-ATL-BWI ... TATL on the reconfigured 777 with the D1 Suites

FWIW I just received an email for a trip at the end of April. 1 minute change to arrival on outbound; return flight leaving 20 mins earlier and arriving 18 mins earlier.

I was just coming on to search and see if anyone had this problem. If I wouldn't have called today about something else I wouldn't have known that our flight was changed to a flight with a 7 hour layover (it was originally an hour). It worked to my benefit as I was calling to change to an earlier flight anyway but we definitely never received the original email. I check my spam regularly.
