OP must be "special" since Delta didn't do anything for my 1mm, 2mm or 3mm milestones...… just another flight

Nice, my first MM happened with the NW/DL merger, so no recognition. 2MM happened on a VN flight, so no extra recognition then either. Unlikely to get to 3MM

Before this gets closed, anyone hit 1MM, 2MM, 3MM on DL metal, and they did absolutely nothing?

Do you think it might be because they (Delta) might be putting more emphasis on reaching million mile milestones?

I hit 2 MM last Thursday. My husband said he called to let them know I was hitting the milestone. Still nothing was done.

I was in line to board ex-AMS earlier this year and agents approached the gentleman in front of me to congratulate him on his MM status and I believe handed him something. Perhaps part of this is a manual thing and depends on agents being prepared. If something gets missed along the line you don't get the special treatment.. I should hit it in 2 years, crossing fingers for special treatment hah!

On both my 1MM and 2MM flights absolutely nothing happened. Both were on DL metal. I didn't get a letter in the mail, a high five from a random DL employee - NADA!

That's pretty cool. I hope they are still doing this next year when I roll, presumably around April based on planned flights. IDK if I am assertive enough to tweet or anything to "remind" them prior to my flight, so I doubt I'll be recognized for it but it would be nice if I was.
