It's quite insensitive these days using terms such as "Disabled Passengers" or "Special Needs Passengers" when determining the PC term for people with disabilities. :-:

I would argue thats precisely what we need more of... insensitivity. Thats leading the thread even more OT, so Ill stop here.

Somewhat OT, but if we say emotionally disabled or emotionally handicapped passengers, could we discourage them from bringing ESAs on board?
