DELTA SKYMILES program need change
Its a shame that Amex charges 5 c to buy a mile. How can they be so cheap. And if you want to transfer between a/c they charge you additional. This is outrageous, Capital one does not charge any fee or put any kid of such restrictions. It is very cheap.
I hope they change their mile transfer plans that is more customer friendly.

Or maybe you need to join the program that best meets your needs. If you like capital one better than Amex why do you even bother with the Amex card but all programs and all mileage cards have pluses and minuses so you need to do your research and find what works best for you
