question about refund when not using return
i booked a roundtrip business class ticket on travelocity with travel on delta/virgin atlantic. i needed to change the return, however it made more sense to simply book a separate one way return a few days later. if i call delta and cancel my return after i've already taken the departure will i be entitled to any refund?

Also, monitor the flight day of. If my understanding is correct - if it posts a significant delay or cancelation, you should be able to call and cancel for a "trip in vain" and I believe should then be entitled to a refund for the airfare represented by the return portion of the ticket.
