If no IFE you get 2500 Miles
Maybe more not sure if it depends on your status.
But I posted to Twitter that my IFE didn't work. I didn't request anything nor did I ask Delta for assistance. I just posted that I was bummed. Delta DM'ed me and asked for my Skymiles number and gave me 2500 Miles. They told me any time IFE doesn't work to let them know and they will give me 2500 miles.

15K miles for a 15 hour flight with no IFE... It was a full flight and I had the only seat with a malfunctioning screen. Now, I never fly without bringing my own entertainment.
