Why two different experiences in F ATL-CTG-ATL?

They could easily put the extra sets of bedding and amenity kits, as well as any non-perishable food times (snacks, wine, etc) in the cargo hold. This would not take up that much room. Perhaps it's really not possible to cater quality meals at this airport, but I kind of doubt it.

Given the limited space, they are not likely to want to give up the cargo revenue to use that space for additional pillows. Many of the Central/South American flights have extremely lucrative cargo contracts, and without a widebody operating the flight the supply of space is even more limited.
I could be wrong, but I don't think it's a space issues as much as it is a weight issue, and pillows are not heavy.
