Either Global/Regional Upgrade Certificates or the ability to cancel award tickets up to 72 hrs in advance without a penalty.

Can they eliminate Medallion Qualification Dollar?
I don't like change a new SkyMiles program. It's not acceptable for the behaviors. We want to bring MQM back instead of dollars requirements. I'm hear enough! That's it! I won't fly on Delta anymore.
