I am saddened to hear that Kevin is gone. I am so glad I did get to meet him at the retirement event that Brian and Steven organized:

There are some photos on the last page of the above referenced thread.

Condolences to Kevin's family - he was a great guy the times that I had his help. I also will forever remember the experience he helped create at the DL ATL DO years back.

RIP to a man that was an inspiration. He helped me a lot during my days as a PM/DM and now as a DL employee I can only hope to have a fraction of an impact he had. RIP Kevin...it was an honor knowing you as both a customer and a fellow employee.

Sad to hear of his passing. He was a glimmer of hope and customer satisfaction in a company that has let me down more times than I care to count. He will be missed.

Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Very sad, if not unexpected, news. He was a true ambassador for Delta, and epitomized what customer service stood for. The one time I met him I can away with the impression he was a very humble person. He was and still is missed.

RIP Kevin, and Godspeed.....
