Haven't logged in since the Peru trip and found several messages inquiring about my health.
I did make it back from Peru. All I can say is am glad I didn't leave home without Amex. Those people go beyond being helpful. Delta, not so much. Oh well, I do realize I am one of many.
For those wondering, in March after climbing Machu Picchu, I ended up in a Lima Hospital for an extension to my trip. Just one more story in my Delta odyssey and not exactly a pleasant one.
I was asked to keep the forum posted on the quest for 7MM. After an NYC trip this weekend will be about 1K away. Wish I could hit it this trip as my wife will be with me. So one more trip and maybe I can enlighten you all on the "unique experience" awaiting those who live long enough to hit that milestone.
Will let you all know what happens, and if anyone knows about the unique experience awaiting me let me know.
