Y fare under $400

Does Delta have a Y fare (full, unrestricted coach) under $400?

Yes, took me approximately one minute to find using Advanced Search on Delta.com, hit it on the fourth route I tried.

The question I have is who cares, especially now that Y fares don't get super-priority for upgrades?

Which route? Cheapest I could find with 2 mins of searching was $562 for a one way Full flex Y BOS to LGA

Think harder

Which City has DL been particular aggressive in lately? What route out of that city would likely be the cheapest ... one to a nearby major city that can be driven in less than three hours ...

I wonder if the person is asking for the wrong reason, because I'm still wondering why it would matter because 1) You can most likely buy a refundable F ticket on any route for less than a Y fare ticket (I'm sure someone can find some route where this may not be true though, particularly close-in); and 2) You can most likely buy a refundable coach ticket for less than a Y fare ticket in most cases.

Not sure BOS would help a flyer based in MSP. But I've bought First to ORD from MSP for under $400. Same net effect. OP might want to provide more deets and motivation behind the question.

Why would a Y-fare be needed over any other fully refundable fare?

I'm thinking OP logics, not mine.

I know, and I'm just pointing out the fault in that logic

My first thoughts were SEA-PDX and SEA-YVR which are about $380 and $460 respectively (one way).

Why

I want to extend expiring voucher by buying a ticket 11 months out. I need a ticket under $400 which has no penalty for changes to route/date/flights.
