time frame
i recently submitted an online, via delta.com, complaint regarding their skyclubs. i selected the "i would like a reply via email" option. this was about one month ago.
i still have heard nothing back.
1. should i patiently wait?
2. if not, what can i do or who can i call or contact to be sure my complaint was received?

I filed a complaint about a month ago on delta.com about a horrible gate agent in Detroit and got a response within a few hours. Email and phone call. I was impressed.
