Do you have to ask Delta to have drnk coupons sent to your wallet ? Otherwise is unclear why they are not credited automatically, like the rollover miles for instance, and are linked to the physical card mailing time.

Also, when do they expire ? End of '16, or of '17 ?

Received my DM credentials today and also noticed there are NO HOOU chits in my wallet on my Delta App. There were four JWD paper certificates enclosed although I still have quite a few leftovers.

But did you get the usual paper drink coupons ?
If you did not, that could mean a) e-coupons are on their way b) DL got even stingier

No paper coupons, and no digital ones even though it said there will be. I guess I'll assume for now that the excuse is they are waiting until the program year starts on Feb 1.

Just got mine new DM credentials (albeit not the MM ones for some reason). This digital HOOU is rather weird/annoying since I rarely use them (usually hand em out to friends/etc).

Yeah, I don't doubt that it's intentional. Drink coupons are pretty useless if you are always sitting in cabins where the drinks are free, so of course you'd give them out... this make that much harder to do, ensuring that fewer of the coupons will be used.

They are taking care of this with the new C+ access policy.

I do find the physical card useful at partner lounges overseas, and I also like having the JWDs to give out.

Although, does it really matter? Free drinks lost their novelty for me a long time ago. I hardly ever go for booze even when I'm in D1. Empty calories. Headache. Little payoff.

Looks like HOOUS are going to be printable from your wallet and not just electronic! In the "VOUCHER" box under the "STORED PAYMENTS" box on My Wallet. I mean you can't send items from your desktop / laptop browser to your "wallet" on your phone. Can you? So there is hope we can print and share. Right?

The DM package arrived sometime this week. I was surprised to see the same (sorry for this) crappy tags from last year which are ugly. My tags from four or five years ago with SM# are getting pretty worn and won't last the year, I guess I'll soon being going without any.
