No, it means you won't get it refunded to you. Instead they'll post it to your My wallet as a credit to be used for another ticket.

No..non-changeable means there is no value left in the ticket once purchased. Non-refundable just means it doesn't allow for a refund back to original FOP.

Exactly. And even though the system automatically deduct the change fee, if they agree to waive it, they will leave a note in the record. At rebooking confirm the note and the rebooting agent should manually waive any change fees, if your record is documented as such.
