What's a "G76"?

Sorry if I missed this, but I searched "G76" with quotes and nada.

DL 2803 on 10/31 is a G76. Seat map shows 6.5 rows of FC. What gives?

IIRC the 76G was the ex-Gulf Air 767s. But they were converted to the 76Z configuration: http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Del...-300ER_76Z.php

That seems to match the flight you were seeing.

It looks like the same configuration as the 76Z aka 767-300ER (v. 2).

Already redundant! Lots of posting while I was typing.

Both versions have eight exits. The 76G just has six full size doors and two window exits while the majority of the 763 fleet has four full size doors and four window exits.
