You'd be surprised how many people are miraculously healed while on flights between the NY-area and south Florida.

Air France at IAD boards "La Premiere" passengers last. There is a portion of the AF Lounge at IAD reserved for F pax (it is on the other side of the bar from the main part of the club). On my last IAD-CDG segment, there was exactly one F pax, and he was boarded right before they closed the door.
