GUC waitlisted

GUC waitlisted
My GUC cleared on 3 out of 4 flights and I'm on the waitlist flying out on the 13th. Seat map shows 22 empty seats but still no availability. Hoping it will clear before gate but if nothing before the 13th what do I do? Ask them at the check in counter? I don't trust the SCL Delta agents and if not on the list do I call DM line right there?

If you're not on the upgrade list (and right near the top of it) once you check in, call the DM line, they should be able to sort it out. DeltaAssist should be able to help too.
