With the pace that I am maintaining so far, this will be the year that they announce in December that they are doing away with rollover.

My travel is down this year, but based on what I have booked expect to have 15K rollover past DM at year's end. Maybe 25K if I get some more AX spend.
2016 will be my last year as DM dues to changes in my company's travel policies. I'll probably make PM (barely) for 2017.....time to maybe finally retire. I've always said the minute someone starts micromanaging my travel I'm done. I've been doing my own for 20+ years......
