I also got the same bonus. The only thing I can think of is that my spend is double what it was last year...but the bonus doesn't describe what it's for very well. Maybe we'll get an email later today about it?

Did you have a service issue in the past couple weeks, such as flight delay, cancel, inop AVOD etc?

I too received 2500 posted "Thank You" miles posted today.

I haven't traveled since Memorial Day weekend, but did complete a survey after that trip.

I'm based in DFW, and expecting my Delta Reserve 15K bonus any day now.

FYI, I had a recent service issue that sent some miles my way, and they were labelled: "CUSTOMER RELATIONS BONUS MILES"

No miles... They gave me a RUC!

I just got the email.

"You've been specially selected to fly in First – on us. As a loyal Platinum Medallion® member, enjoy a Regional Upgrade Certificate for a First Class seat as a thank you for choosing to fly with us."

This is not a choice benefit. Anyone else get this?
