Booking engine down again

Yup, try to search for a flight and it just sits there churning and churning until eventually returning a 'gateway timeout' error page.

If you were searching for award tickets, maybe it was working as intended. After removing award charts, the next information to hide from customers would be flight search results. You need to call DL and they will tell you the exact flights you should take, with no choice of schedules.

Wouldn't surprise me at all. I will be enjoying gold/platinum status on AA if they went that far.

The search results already come out in the order of the flights DL wants you to take. Sometimes nonstops appear only on the second page. If you indicate preferred times, delta.dumb ignores them. Often inferior schedules appear high on the list.

BTW, what does "best match" really mean? Presumably they all go from requested origin to requested destination on the right date.
