Busiest DL station w/o a SkyClub?

Just curious . . . what is it it? Every time I pass through BWI it seems like it has enough DL service to justify one.

I would think PHX or LAS but maybe that’s because I spend more time at these airports.

A SC is not 'unnecessary' because not everyone has access to Centurion, at least not for free.

I'll nominate Houston Bush. There is a KLM (or something) lounge which will allow you access, but it's so far from the DL gates it's useless. If you are trying to standby for a flight, you don't have enough time to get to and from the lounge between flights.

PHX. It'll be nice to have one SC with that many flights departing from PHX!

I second Austin. I always thought it was weird that there was an admiral's club and a united lounge, but never a DL lounge.

I use it every month. With pre, I use the Terminal E security checkpoint, walk to the KLM lounge and wait there until 20 minutes before boarding. Then walk to the train and ride to A. I still have time to louse for a few minutes.

I see your point with standby though, it wouldn't be useful in that situation. And terminal A is a dump.

I wouldn't presume that flight count, mainline flight count, or passenger count is the sole criterion for where DL (or any legacy carrier) places clubs.
