Exit Row - Movable Armrests

My wife an I have four multi-leg trips coming up and since we will most likely be in coach I wanted to see which exit rows have movable center armrests. I know most if not all "front/bulkhead" exits don't I'm wondering about mid plane exits. I did some searches but didn't really find a link. I know info on seatguru is sometime questionable so I thought I would post the inquiry here. Most of the planes will be MD-90 and 75x.

I think all Delta aircraft have solid armrests in the exit rows.

Not so, at least on the MD 88/90 and A 319/320.

SeatGuru might be a good resource.

If you're sure, ok, but if you're just thinking that having fold down tray tables means the armrests aren't solid, then I think you may be mistaken.

(On multiple occasions I've been sat in an exit row with fold down tray tables and solid armrests)

Some planes do have move-able armrests in the exit row and some don't. Even within the different 757 configurations some do and some don't, so it's kind of a crapshoot. I clearly remember booking an exit row on a 757 thinking my girlfriend would be disappointed about the solid armrest and lo and behold it had move-able armrests. I think the solid armrests are a lot more common though.
