Last week I was flying ORD-SFO via MSP. I had asked the @DeltaAssist group to put the RUC on my reservation. When I checked in an ORD I was told it was on the record.

When I landed in MSP the flight was already boarding but my name was nowhere on the list. I checked with a red coat and she gave very little information and said she didn't see anything. But she could have and didn't really tell me as she didn't want to disrupt anything.

Once I boarded I called the DM line and a very nice lady told me she wasn't sure what happened but then found the error. The original entry of the RUC was put in with the wrong date, 2014 instead of 2015.

The DM lady was tripping over herself to apologize and even wrote a note to the Twitter rep. to let them know the error they made. She was she was going to try and do something very special for me but nothing ever happened. I was hoping for a Porsche ride on the return trip in Atlanta.

So, beware that these are put in correctly when using them this year.

it is a well known issue....another IT coding issue.
