Secure Flight Data Issues and Advice

I noticed a trend over the last few months. Whenever I booked a reservation online, my Secure Flight data showed correctly on my reservation (First Name, Middle Initial). Whenever I booked over the phone, it was wrong (First Name, Middle Name). And when I called in to get it fixed, the agents claimed it was already correct - they only saw First Name, Middle Initial. Therefore, they couldn't fix anything, and of course I would never get Pre-Check.

Apparently DL has multiple systems that contain this data. If your Secure Flight Data is showing incorrectly online, but the reps claim it is correct when you call to get it fixed, they may only be checking the new system. Ask them to look in TERM (the old system).

Apparently so many people have complained that there is now an open issue being worked by the technical teams.
