The DL charts on earning miles posted on delta.dumb should list all of the revenue classes except for award (and upgrade) inventory.
I don't think a long list of fare codes would be very helpful as they can be market-specific, but you can sometimes partially decode them by looking for advanced purchase codes and instant upgrade designations.
