Is it Not Normal Not to Release Delta Partner Earnings One Month Before January?

Is it just me or is it not normal not to release delta partner earnings one month before January ?

P.S Delta released the chart right after i posted this

Was this info just released today? Seems that my prediction was correct, 25% on the lower fares, even with group 1 airlines!

I'm happy I made the switch to Alaska. Most of its partners including AF, KL, and KE earn full mileage.
It is kind of a joke that Alaska treats SkyTeam members better than Delta her fellow SkyTeam members!
