Phantom Upgrades
Howdy,
I'll be flying SEA-ICN next week. What are the chances of a Phantom upgrade as a Diamond? Do they still do these? Also, are there 2 or three meals/snacks in EC?

No phantom upgrades or complimentary upgrades. If Y is oversold, and seats remain empty in BE, Y passengers may be given an operational upgrade to avoid denied boarding to other passengers. These are given in order of status (if done without SHENA).
