Why is FT now putting all of my airport codes in proper case? When did that start happening?

MQT-RDM 11/26-11/30
$2,017.20

*disclaimers: lower fare available using Alaska codeshares, but I'm assuming this is DL metal only, and lower fare if you book F on the return, but the rules called for economy.

Do we need some rules here?

I'm assuming that multi-city shenanigans are not permitted.

It looks like ITH is winning (or losing). I guess people really want to get out of there.

OOPs, no, it's flights to Ithaca that are reportedly the most expensive. Who would have guessed?

Apologies/sympathies to Burj.

PSC-ALB, 11/30-12/1... $8763.20 (but one leg is on AS)

... this is an actual fare from DL.dum, using the basic RT search.

I'm gonna call that this one doesn't count since there are cheaper alternatives on that same day. Plus I think one of the legs might be in F.

You could be correct. I did not specifically check for that.

Seriously though, look at this thread and half of the posters have the airport codes in proper case and half are still in all caps.

What is going on?

There is caps lock protection enabled on these boards. If most or all of your post is in caps, it changes your post to proper case. Those whose airport codes remained in all caps had enough other text in their post to avoid tripping this "feature."

MSP-SJC 11/30-12/5

drumroll please....... $1221

i looked Nov 9th- Nov 13th and it prices K outbound but changes to S for outbound and return for 1221. I can't get it to pull up a cheaper fare class even though a ton of lower fare classes are available.
