MQMs: 125,455. MQDs: $12,496.
So...this is Purgatory.
I knew during the flight that I'd make DM on miles for the flight, but I wasn't sure about dollars. 4 bucks short.
How about some rollover MQDs?
Anyone else in the same/similar boat?

I'm at 76k MQMs but about $2k short of the AMEX MQD waiver; so I'm stuck at GM for the next couple of weeks. I will reach the magic $25k in charges by the end of the month, but too late for my trip this week DCA-JNU (I did get upgraded on the SEA-JNU segment, and probably on the JNU-SEA segment, but looking grim on all the other segments).

I booked an UP fare coming back from Boston to hit the PM MQD threshold, but purchased the wrong fare and was $6 short, but with 96k MQM, so not as bad as your experience.
Thankfully my MQD has shot up since and I'll hit the mark before I get to DM MQMs.
