What happens when routed on a different airline due to IROPS?
My husband was flying from MSP to SIN yesterday. DL 167 (NRT to SIN) was cancelled and so he was put on a Singapore Airline flight to get him back to Singapore. Now, it looks like he got MQMs for the MSP to NRT sector, but didn't get mileage credit for the NRT to SIN sector. I realize that he didn't fly Delta for that sector, but he paid for a Delta ticket and would have flown on Delta, if Delta hadn't cancelled the flight. Isn't he eligible for MQMs for the NRT to SIN sector?

Contact DL. State that your flight was cancelled, you were rebooked, and request Original Routing Credit. Use these words and don't be tempted to explain further.
