I recently used the service at LGA on an outgoing domestic flight. We found it beneficial since we are not from the US, thus do not have pre-check or clear. Representative coordinated with driver, met us curbside with pre-print luggage tags and handed bags to curbside check-in. Escorted us through a special security line (staff and special assistance, it seemed) onto reserved SkyClub seating. At a communicated time she picked us up and walked us through a service door, corridor and elevator to under the terminal at a luggage sorting facility where a Porsche waited for us. She drove us to the gate, helped with hand luggage and showed us our seats onboard. Overall great experience, though I understand value diminishes once you have pre-check, clear and airline status.

I am not sure they can meet you pre-immigration but you can call them and ask. With Global Entry I have never had a problem with a 2 hour connection but ymmv

If I book this for a departure out of ATL (not a connection) am I almost certainly guaranteed a Porsche ride from the Skyclub to the gate?
|
I have only done it connecting though Atlanta, never for a departure. That said I would think that they are going to guarantee to get you to your gate. Your gate may be next door to the skyclub you are in.
Also no one is ever guaranteed a Porsche ride. From the terms and conditions that is attached to your email confirmation when you book: ”For clarity, boarding coordination does not guarantee vehicle transportation from Delta Sky Club to gate, and all vehicle transportation to departure gate will be at Delta’s sole discretion and subject to availability of vehicles. To the extent Delta provides vehicle transportation, no specific vehicle make or type is guaranteed. VIP Select service is subject to availability and the customer/agency is responsible for advising VIP Select customer service of any itinerary changes.” Now having said that I have never had them not take me in a. Porsche from Sky Club to gate, but it is not guaranteed. |

At ATL, if you want to guarantee a Porsche ride, I'd communicate with your greeter while en route to the airport (you'll get their contact info) and tell them you wanna go to a specific SkyClub once you check in. They should be able to get you to that SkyClub and then take you to the plane you want. I've done this on connections. Often the agent will pick me up and ask me if I wanted to go to the SkyClub and, if so, did I have a preference as to which one. |
Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on how this would work with wheelchair service? Or a pax with limited mobility?
Will be flying home from NCE-JFK with Mom, who walks ok, but definitely needs wheels from the plane through CBP and Baggage claim. Would consider this a being a nice option (although the new pricing is a little more daunting...), if there were an elevator down or something, but I don't think she could walk down the jetbridge stairs. |

Thanks, yeah, we know the drill with wheelchairs at JFK, but it's been. hit or miss with enough pushers sometimes.
We both have GE so it's all good, but thought it might be a fun treat for her. I guess I'll save the $ and splurge on something else. |

JFK T4 vip service?
Is there a true vip meet and greet service at JFK T4 to expedite from curb through tsa to a lounge? The ones I've seen say it's based on traveller's status and for a family of 6 with no status this doesn't help.

If past posts that listed VIP Select customers as eligible are correct, check-in service at JFK should get you access to the DeltaOne lounge as well, which would be a big plus.

Makes sense to use the D1 Check-In for VIP select though and the Delta One Check-In areas (like LAX) do have broader access rules than the Delta One Lounges. |
