I'm getting nothing at all, can't remember the last time I had a genuine upgrade based on the normal criteria. I fly all kinds of routes and have never had an upgrade clear before 24 hours.

Didn't keep track of every flight, but I'd wager to say as a DM my UG % domestically was about 92% the first 8 or so months of the year. Since then, it's more like 70%. Hard to say if I've just had bad luck, or FCM is really starting to affect upgrade chances.

Could be FCM, or, depending upon your routes, holiday season travelers possibly on award tickets? See a fair bit of that in/out of MCO.

The drop off in total number on the upgrade list from February to March is interesting. I wonder what it'll look like after this year!

Quoting myself because having just posted this I was upgraded yesterday at the gate for the PBI-ATL leg and also the following ATL-LAX. Also just checked on my flight LAX-MCO-LAX tomorrow returning 12/24 and I have been cleared for the return leg already. Who'd have thought that after such a drought it would go this way...

I know, out of the regular flights that I take this one always seems the most unlikely. 6B for me.

On trips MCO-LAS I might get one or two upgrades. Last Sunday flew MCO-DTW-LAS. Fair number of FC seats available and got MCO-DTW about two days before. Six empty on DTW-LAS and when I landed 3 1/2 hours before flight still six empty and I was #5 on list. About 1 hour before I had dropped to #6. Didn't get the upgrade until they had started boarding, but got the last one. Usually don't get upgrade out of LAS, but got one of the five seats showing the day before flight. Luck ran out on MSP-MCO as I was still #17 when seats were gone.

BTW, I am still getting the "free" PRECHECK and it was very smooth on both departures.
