Partial Refund
Hello,
I had booked a ticket in Z class about a month ago. I just checked the price and it went down by more than 200$. Am I entitle to a partial refund of the difference in price? How do I proceed?
Thanks

Nope. But, the good news is that they won't charge you more if the price goes up !
I'm presuming that your "Z" ticket is non-refundable. If it's refundable, simply cancel it and buy the new cheaper ticket.
If it's not, you can cancel the existing ticket and use the value of that ticket less a $200 penalty to purchase the new ticket. Any balance will be in the form of a credit for future travel.
Thus, if the price dropped by $225, you will wind up with a net credit of $25 for use within a year.

Its a $200 change fee, assuming this is a domestic ticket. If it is an international Z fare, often the change fee is >$400. As mentioned you won't receive a cash refund, but it will be a credit towards a future flight that expires 1yr from the date of the original ticket purchase.
