Where else in Asia can you find a craps table? Business opportunity?

Bingo! You hit the nail on the head! People seem to take the L,U,T,V,X,E flyers for granted(some even refer to them as "gamer's") but when DL tells me that 65-70%of the 1st class cabins domestically are filled with "upgrades", it has to negatively affect Delta's bottom line if these tickets were never sold.
Like I mentioned before, 90%+ of my travel is out of my pocket, no reimbursement through my employer, so I enjoy when neighbors who fly/work for Delta tell me about the "brainstorming" that goes on to increase revenue's. If DL was so concerned about the swelling of the ranks, then the easiet thing to do would be to STOP the "Rollover" MQM's, Raise the "MQD" thresholds, and Raise the AMEX yearly spend limits, however, there are limits before people revolt.
I would really like to see Delta go to a system where they start charging for the upgrades at the gate(you could use mile as well) to increase revenues, however, keep the Medallions happy by giving out several upgrade certificates with no restrictions and base(who has priority on level of Medallion and fare class) That's when I think you see competition return to the airline sectors as long as the 3 legacy carriers enact the same rules as they are headed to right now. Just a thought....

MQD's affects both gamers and lower spend normal flyers (who I am quite sure that DL does not view as "gamers"). It's not that DL does not value low-spend flyers, it's just that they don't value them as much as higher spend ones who may abandon DL to the likes of WN, B6, et al. due to lack of upgrades or difficultly in redeeming miles, etc. I think folks here are taking this way too personally. DL would like the low spend flyers to stay, they would just not rather not reward them as generously at the expense of higher fare flyers. Obviously, you don't believe the low fare flyer upgrades, mileage redemptions, other benefits, etc. affect the higher fare flyers materially, but I'm willing to bet that DL has better metrics than you to make that judgement.

The common to all of them is some kind of IRROPS (flights rerouted, Involuntary, or schedule changes). It seems to miss those tickets prices and maybe take them as zero. For some tickets I checked manually it seems relatively accurate (though I think it gives me an 'under' for the MQD). Once the fix the zero MQD issues I should be well on target for mqd (though I met the amex as well, which is not traceable yet)
I also noticed the problem mentioned before with certain UP fares (where the calculation catches either the base or the UP cost, but not both).
Overall, I think it calculated about ~85% of the tickets well

I believe there are a total of 3-4 craps tables in all of Macau. I found one at the Wynn earlier this year, and a guy there said there were 1-2 at the Venetian. I went into a few of the local places and didn't see any. The dealers at the Wynn were good, they knew what they were doing. The players not so much, but you see that at any craps table.

I had a report of some in SIN's new casino but have not confirmed.

Hey look I should be a DM! oh wait... I'm a lowly FO/Medallion. I really wish I could qualify higher via spend rather than just miles and segments.

This should come as no surprise, but it would appear that for a ticket issued on DL 006 stock, but with one segment on a SkyTeam partner in a fare class that doesn't earn MQMs, also doesn't earn MQDs.
So, basically, I flew to China. Fare was 1388; YQ, YR and YC (which was $5), add up to about $460. Rather than get 1848 MQDs, I got 1513. Now, this was back in March, so it could just be a glitch.
Here's what DL said, which made me go spelunking through my receipts:
"You’ll also earn MQDs for flight spend on Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 partner airlines that are ticketed through a Delta channel."
China Eastern is a Group 3 partner, so my whole ticket should have brought MQDs, unless they mean to exclude fare classes that don't earn MQMs. If that's the case, they should say so.
Hopefully, it's just a glitch from the flight being before MQDs were fully implemented.

I'm so proud of this accomplishment. All jokes about Delta's timeliness aside, that's what I get for waking up at the same time as my med student fiancee who has to be at the hospital early with nothing else to do after breakfast but wait for my 12:40 pm flight.

Out of curiosity, has anyone gotten MQD credit for third-party bookings? I'm particularly interested in bookings made through AmEx travel. I'd also be interested to know if flights booked with points (through the UR or MR websites, or similar) credit as MQD.
I know that in the intro post regarding MQD/FAQ included a statement that third party bookings may be ineligible, but to this point I have been "credited" for full MQD on the work trips I have taken (using Great Southern Travel -> Adelman travel).

I do have some TATL KL-coded flights, which have a pretty hefty YQ/YR charge, and those appear to be getting credited properly, so it's not across the board.
