SkyTeam blocking?

SkyTeam blocking?

Looking on EF, see a CZ flight which shows as I9 but two DL agents have said they can't see any award seats available.

Flight also comes up as available on airfrance.us and on Wandering Aramean. Are the agents just clueless or is CZ holding back inventory for DL redemption?

According to the sticky, CZ is a carrier that they need to "long sell". Check the sticky for tips to get the seats.

There is currently a LOT of issues going on with attempting to get CZ award availability due to the switch-over of their inventory. I have NOT been able to do it, even when the DL agent confirms she/he can see space.

I have tried long sell and no long sell with agents to no success. I agree with DLATL777; this seems to be issues caused by the realigning of fare classes.

Good Day, The issue may be when are you traveling, due to the fact of the booking class changes for travel after 27OCT13 as I have listed below.

First: P (within China only)
Business: I
Economy: O

Effective date: For tickets purchased on/after April 13, 2103 to travel on/after October 27, 2013 use booking class below.

First: P (within China only)
Business: O
Economy: X

OP, if you like, you can PM me your dates and city pairs and I will login and try to pull the seats for you.
