Was sent top call a "corporate officer" puts you in a loop and cannot get thru.404-773-0305. Nothing but problems with Delta and my Asia booking. Anyone have any ideas of who to call or email?

Have you tried DL's 1-800 reservations numbers?
800-221-1212 or 800-323-2323?

what do you mean "puts you in a loop"?
Maybe you're on hold... what you're hearing may be repeating but that doesn't mean you're stuck and won't eventually get through..
Is it a complex booking? If not, why not try the website? I know it's not top-notch, but it can get the job done most times.

If you call the corporate customer service (404) number and select the option for "future travel" it sends you right back to the reservation system.
The corporate customer service number only wants to deal with you if you have a concern about past travel.
Better to be reactive than proactive.
But, if you are dealing with a future travel issue, call reservations and ask for a supervisor if problems persist.
