DL wants 370K miles for US to Kiev flight=NOT!
So I thought about cashing in some Skypesos for a flight to Kiev in July. I also was thinking of a side trip to Dubai. Checked out flights and the cheapest was 370K. Called Dl Medallion line to inquire about a round the world for 280K in Business. Was told you could only do Round the World at low levels and there were no flights into Europe all summer.
So I did a little playing with flights and came up with a win/win. RT to Dubai for 19 days at 120K in Business. RT on AF to Kiev for 10 days from Dubai for 60K.
So for 180K pesos I got both trips at less than half of what DL wanted for one!
