Actually he gets the same. But I deal primarily with the same small set of customers. Unlike a Delta employee, I don't see hundreds of new customers daily and I don't get yelled at. Except maybe by my boss. :D

I can thank an FTer for that :) MCO-MSY on WN is an experience! And I know you are super jealous of a Short Line.

Incredibly jealous. But it's not on a CRJ-200 so I'm not that jealous.

The DM tags don't have an expiration date... I'm keeping my collection of clanky ones. Maybe I'll switch back to the DM Charter tags when the clanky ones finally get crumpled one too many times by the baggage monkeys and fall apart.

What the OP fails to consider is that, as the purser had more expeditiously moved through CBP, it is very likely possible the purser had been waiting in the Y line and had been called over OR there had previously been no one in the short queue.
Did you expect for the purser to just go away because you walked into the line?

Seems fairly likely that the purser was first through customs and approached the counter. If the sky priority agent was free then she was probably called over. They seem to do this all the time with folks in the econ line if things are slow. At that point I don't think anyone stands aside if a sky priority person shows up in line.

Wow, the OP has a track record of being reasonable and not posting frivolous items. This was a post stating an observation and bringing up a question and concern about treatment. Seems to me to be totally valid to question what happened and the treatment.

I have a different view. Far too often the OP starts these dramatic threads implying there have been policy or procedure changes when in fact it may have just been an off day or as explained above; odd circumstances.
I don't think her constant paranoia about being wronged is helpful whatsoever. An economist should know you need multiple experiences/data examples before calling something a trend. |
