Best way to quickly accumulate miles

Planning my honeymoon and trying to find a way to get to 120K miles for a biz class seat. I know there are a number of CC offers, etc. to quickly add up miles.

Any advice / tips / suggestions?

I current have 66k Skymiles and 59K Chase Membership Rewards points.

Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming you don't carry any of the DL branded AmEx cards.

Based on that assumption, I'd shoot for a DL Gold card. There's a 45K sign-up bonus available at https://www.creditcards.com/cardmatch/ (not an affiliate link)

Do you only need points for one ticket?

Hi Jake, welcome!

Where are you going on your honeymoon? Do you have the tickets on hold yet?

Welcome to FT.

To echo a previous question, why only one award ticket? Aren't you going to take your new spouse on the honeymoon? You are aware, aren't you, that FAs will not allow two passengers over age 2 to share a seat, even in business class?

First,
Thanks for the welcome. The site is amazing.

Two, yes, I will need two tip but am resigned to the likelihood of having to buy one of the two tix.

Three, we are going to Southeast Asia.

Four, I have a Delta Gold Amex - have had it for a long time as I used to live in Atlanta. A yer ago I moved to NYC and got the Chase Sapphire Preferred and shifted spending.

I will only have a chance for a flight or two before we leave.

No, no tix on hold yet. Can you hold them before you have the required mileage? Doubt it, right?

Thx guys.

Btw, best offer I have seen yet is the 50K Amex Platinum for Mercedes. Only $1000 required spend.

On that same site I previously noted, there is a Amex premier rewards card for 50,000 miles. I think there's a better offer (75K miles) out there somewhere, which can be transferred to DL.

Doesn't that AmEx Plat come with a hefty $500 fee?

Addendum - the 75,000 MR points PRG is a business card.

Cardmatch offer for Gold card is 50,000 points with $1,000 spend, waived annual fee

American Express® Premier Rewards Gold Card

Fly AF internationally in F class. Not the cheapest way to do it, but definitely the best!

Unfortunately, this cannot be done with DL miles, either as an award ticket or an upgrade.
