JFK Dining
Stop laughing already.
Will be in terminal 3 and wondered if there was any decent food. Also I will have access to Delta's Skyclub. Any one better than the others. Am leaving for CDG at gate 4. Any of the lounges serve snacks beyond cookies and peanuts? Is one of the lounges restricted to business class travelers?

The KLM Oasis lounge has decent food and more than just snacks. You will have access as a DM/ST Elite+ passenger, assuming you are on a SkyTeam flight.
IIRC, the last time I was there they had salad offerings, cheese and fruit, and a rice and curry dish.

I was there on Saturday night. All of the above was offered. Also wraps and croissant sandwiches. And finally a self serve bar.
OP, not sure how long your layover is, but if you can make it over to T4, the oasis lunge is probably one of the better lounges I have been to when it comes to food offerings.
All of the lounges in T2/3 offer the usual snacks.

Yes to the above about Oasis KLM in T4. Hot food last Sat was rice, curry chicken and mushroom soup. Plenty of sandwiches, wraps, salad, drinks, snacks. Couple gourmet coffee machines. Great hang!

Bonfire actually has relatively decent food-- the steaks are good. Also, the Balduccis does very good carry-on sandwiches, though, sadly, they've discontinued the one that still qualifies as the best thing I've ever eaten on an airplane: the fig and prosciutto ficelle.

One should add that the Oasis lounge is LANDSIDE (OUTSIDE of security), so take the terminal train rather than the shuttle buses and be prepared to go through security again when coming back to Terminal 3.
