Anyone else having a problem checking in?

"We're sorry. We can't validate your ticket.
Please contact your local reservation office for help."

Lovely. I can't even check in to my flights for tomorrow.
Hopefully Delta has more time to work on everyday stuff, now they got the MQD info page out of the way.

It seems their latest website upgrade has impacted both upgrades and checkin. I had to do mine at the airport today - even the agent was a bit

perplexed

You have not met the $2500 minimum annual spend required to qualify for OLCI.

Weekend Away likes this.

I checked this am for a flight tomorrow with no trouble.

Although the site looked a bit different - thought the checkin seemed a little cleaner.

Same thing happened to me. Not sure if it was because my SWU cleared at the same time check-in was available or not. Called the DM line and they had reservations re-validate my ticket. It took about 10 minutes. Then I checked in from the iPhone app.

They ended up reissuing my ticket too. I was able to check in shortly after that.

Me too. Using SWU but not sure if that's why.

Just had this today. The CS agent said it was because my SWU cleared (I saw this and picked a seat up front) but for some reason "the ticket didn't reissue."

She had to put me on hold for several minutes (so far, I'm still on hold) to fix.

So if you are on a SWU and get this message...call, don't wait.

well this isn’t accurate. I bought two plan tickets for delta totaling less than $1000 for three days and I was able to check in to my first flight but not my husbands. Same error.
