Same Day Confirm - Checking Availability
Im on a 930PM tonite JFK-JFK. Would love to confirm onto the 730PM. How can I check how many seats are actually available? Don't want to sit around JFK for 2 hours if it turns out there's already almost no seats left on the earlier flight.

Call and check at 4:30 to SDC onto the 7:30.

I generally use flightstats, but if it is just to see if there is any availablity or not, delta.com will suffice. Just do a mock booking and if the flight shows up at all, then you can SDC. Sold out flights do not appear on the list of flights.
