What if i have 24K MQM this year?
will they rollover too or is that only if you reach a status?
I think that I should stop flying with delta this year so next year I'll be able to get a head start. As I'm GM and will be flying as early as Jan I'll be SM right away while still have my GM status... right? am I missing anything?

Although that's not what the Delta rep told me, she said everything will rollover to next year, i tend to believe your version...

This version is correct. If you do not make the 25K silver threshold of MQMs, you will lose them all at the first of the year.

Yes indeed. Rollover is an elite benefit. If not, everyone who occasionally travels with DL would eventually get a year of FO status, which isn't what the DL FF program wants to do. It's pretty bad that a DL phone agent misinformed a customer so badly on something that clearly matters to him/her.

True.
Thanks for your help guys!
After checking delta.com, it does state that I have to be a medallion member to enjoy the rollover benefit.
ROLLOVER MQMS
You've earned them, so keep them. When you become a Medallion, the Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) earned above your Medallion qualification level at the end of the year will roll over to the next, making it even easier for you to earn status year after year.
